1. Refunds

Due to the nature of preowned items, all sales are final unless the item received is significantly not as described.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

We may request photos or other evidence of the issue to process your refund request.

Refund Process

The item must be returned in the same condition as received, including any packaging.
