Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
NO-EXCHANGE policy:
The Parradiseaudiophile follows the NO-EXCHANGE policy, according to which we will not consider the exchange requests from the customers for any product that has already been delivered.

Modification of Order :
Order modification is not allowed as per the guidelines, if the customer is not comfortable with the order placed then in that case the order should be cancelled within 24 hours to avoid any cancellation charges, no modification manually will be done (it is applicable only for domestic customers). In this case, orders from overseas customers cannot be considered as cancellation charges are standard for overseas customers.
In case the customer is seeking to replace any of the ordered items with some other products from the website after the order has been placed and is under processing, then the customer has to cancel the existing order and place a fresh order with the desired products. The amount paid for the order being cancelled will be refunded to the customer. Customers should make sure the order must be cancelled within 24 Hrs of placing the order or a day before the dispatch date emailed to them after order placement within a day in working days & in case of holidays the next working day after the holiday.
The minimum acceptable Order value for Domestic customer:
Paradiseaudiophile provides complimentary packaging for each order, i.e. no extra amount is charged for packaging to the total order value, as the packaging is originated by Paradiseaudiophile. So the order is accepted, the minimum order value should Rs. 100. Orders below the minimum order value accepted will not be accepted.
Expected time of delivery: Dispatched domestic orders may reach their destination within 5 to 7 days. Overseas orders may reach their destination within 5-20 working days (or more with respect to distance)
We do not consider product quality inspection requests to play into our system, as these are pre-owned products and we receive them as they are. In a special case only unsealed (Open) audio CDs may be inspected this must be confirmed by email before the product is packaged.

Order Dispatch and Delivery :
With the increase in the number of orders with appreciation and support from our customers, Paradiseaudiophile.com had to take a decision to increase the dispatch interval for orders in order to ease the dispatch process and maintain the hygiene protocols. All orders from us are dispatched within 3 days from the date of receipt. Dispatched domestic orders may reach their destination within 5-7 working days and overseas orders may reach their destination within 15-20 working days (or more with respect to distance.

Delay in Delivery :

a) It is found in remote places that delivery gets delayed due to lack of proper transport communication, abnormal weather, natural calamities, and the threat of an epidemic.
b) Mistake in describing many things like shipping address details, phone number, location pin code, flat number, and road number. etc. It happens that the consignment reaches the courier centre of the destination and it lies there separately for a long time until a follow-up goes there with a proper explanation.
Return Policy
If any return of the product is considered as a special case provided it should be brought to notice within 3 days from the date of delivery, in that case, the product should be dispatched by the customer to be well packed by registered speed post/reliable courier services at the customer’s own expense to company’s address, the product will be checked upon receipt. If the registered grievance is found to be genuine, the refund process will be completed immediately.
Note1: No refund will be entertained if it is found that the product has been tampered with intentionally.
Note 2: Sealed pack products will not be considered under the return policy.
No Provision for Booking of products: There is no provision for booking &reservation of products, and no special requests for booking of products are entertained. The customer has to place the order online only.

Cancellation Policy :

Order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, if we receive any cancellation request, after 24 hrs of placement of the order and before receiving Parcel packing confirmation mail sent from our end, we will accommodate the request and the amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days, after deducting cancellation charges of 4% of the Total order value. In case the customer re-places the same order with the same or increased order value on the same day then we will provide them the discount coupon of 4% on the new order value.

· If an order cancellation request is received from the customer after sending the email of parcel packing confirmation, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be deducted from the refund amount.
· If this is found, the customer sends repeated order cancellation requests without any valid reason, the cancellation of 3rd consecutive order for the same customer is to be deducted at 10% from the total value of the order and the balance payment is to be refunded or initiated refund to the payment gateway.
· If it is found, Order cancellation requests from overseas customers without valid reason 12% of the total order value as a cancellation fee will be deducted. The cancellation charge is standard for overseas customers.
· If an order cancellation request is received after confirmation of the order's shipment with a shipping notification to the end customer, the order cancellation request will not be entertained and no refund will be made.
NOTE: Most of the products available in Paradiseaudiophile are pre-owned products and Paradiseaudiophile is neither the manufacturer nor responsible for any kind of manufacturing defects or sound quality of any product. These products are sold in the same way as they are obtained from various resources.
Duration of Payment refund process:
From the date of refund initiation, it takes at least 5 to 7 business days for our payment to be credited to the customer’s bank account.
